Facial Mud Masques

For a clear and glowing skin, just a cleansing, toning and moisturizing regimen might sometimes not help. Facial mud masques are excellent for the skin to feel fresh and rejuvenated after it exfoliates and nourishes the skin and the best being; it is suitable for any skin type, either oily, dry or for combination skin. A Facial Mud masque Routine

  • Before applying the mud masque, cleanse your face with a mild cleanser.
  • Now apply the facial mud masque evenly on the entire face and neck, leaving the eye and eye brow area.
  • Leave it on until it completely dries up or for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Now gently wash your face and neck with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  • You could now apply some moisturizer and see the glow on your face.

Using a facial mud masque at least once a week depending on your skin type is an excellent home facial treatment. Minerals present in the mud nourish the skin, reinvigorating it. It goes deep into the pores of the skin, cleansing and removing dirt and dead cells. Mud masques can be used on other problem areas like elbows and knees for softening them and can also be applied to the scalp; this enhances hair growth, thickening roots.
